Reports that have been built in FastClose can be run live in Excel if the FastClose Excel plug-In has been installed. You can embed many FastClose reports by opening up separate worksheets and linking the reports there. Then all reports can be run at the same time giving real-time data live in Excel. This can be used to produce further worksheets based on these reports. Cashflow is a good example which is shown in this video.
