FastClose is pleased to announce a remarkable new capability with the release of version 3.2. This new version introduces secure cloud reporting for customers using on-premise ERP systems, including Epicor ERP 10, Epicor Kinetic, SAP Business One, CODA, and Sage.
Until now, companies with on-premise ERP installations needed to rely on VPNs or Remote Desktop Services to access their ERP system and FastClose remotely. Version 3.2 removes that barrier, offering a modern and efficient alternative.

The new capability allows FastClose to connect securely from the cloud to an on-premise ERP system whilst keeping all business data safely on-site without the need for replication. Users can run reports and analyse operational and financial data directly from any browser, mobile device, or desktop application such as Excel and FastClose Designer, anywhere in the world, without needing to change their ERP hosting model.

Through this secure connection, the customer’s on-premise database can be queried by their FastClose server running in the cloud, on behalf of authorized clients, so users can access FastClose apps such as the web-based Reader, Excel Add-In, and Designer from any location. This eliminates the need for traditional remote access methods, while still ensuring high security, reliability, and performance.
This release is particularly valuable for organisations looking to modernise reporting and analytics without migrating their ERP systems to the cloud. With FastClose now supporting a growing number of operational modules outside the General Ledger, including purchasing, sales orders, inventory, manufacturing, AR and AP, customers can gain access to a much wider range of management information.
